Returns

VRAI accepts returns of in-stock jewelry, made to order jewelry, engagement and wedding designs within 30 days of delivery for a refund. A $200 USD recycling fee will be deducted from each engagement ring refund, unless you have requested to have your refund applied to a non-refundable VRAI digital gift card. Your jewelry must arrive to us unworn, unused, and in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund. Engraved items are eligible for return, however the engraving fee is non-refundable. Misused jewelry or jewelry altered by a third-party jeweler is not eligible for return. A VRAI created loose diamond purchased through VRAI.com can be returned within two weeks of receiving it for a full refund to the purchaser's original method of payment. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization and return reason, and refunds are processed within 10 business days of items being received.

In-Stock Jewelry

• US orders of in-stock jewelry under $700 USD can be returned via the following link: Create a return
• Items can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery for the same design in a different color or size, provided the price remains the same.
• Gifts can easily be exchanged via the following link: Create a gift exchange. The gift giver will not receive any notifications about the process, and the gift recipient can purchase the right size, style or design for themselves with their gift credit.
• If you are returning your in-stock jewelry order from outside of the US, please reach out to hello@vrai.com for return instructions.
• Return shipping is complimentary for US, Canada, European Union and United Kingdom orders.

Made To Order Jewelry

• Email us to request a return for your made to order jewelry.
• Return shipping is complimentary for US, Canada, European Union and United Kingdom orders.
• Each customer is permitted one return per style for a Solitaire Classics piece or Halo design (necklace or studs) with a diamond larger than 1ct that is chosen from the diamond table. Any other Solitaire Classics or Halo piece of the same style with a diamond larger than 1ct that is chosen from the diamond table is considered final sale once the first piece is returned.

Engagement and Wedding

• Email us to request a return for engagement and wedding designs.
• Engagement rings and wedding bands must return to us in their original condition and packaging, and engagement rings must arrive with their Diamond Certificate. Rings that have been resized, damaged or modified by a third-party jeweler are not eligible for return.
• Engraved rings are eligible for return, however the engraving fee is non-refundable.
• As each engagement ring is custom made, a $200 USD recycling fee will be deducted from your engagement ring refund, unless you request to have your refund applied to a non-refundable VRAI digital gift card. A VRAI digital gift card has no expiration date and can be used towards any design on our site.
  A recycling fee allows us to unset the diamond(s), recycle the metal, and remain true to our commitment to sustainability. As a reminder, each engagement ring purchase comes with Our Lifetime Care Package, which allows for a complimentary resize within one full size.
• Return shipping is complimentary for US, Canada, European Union and United Kingdom orders.

Loose Diamonds

• A VRAI created loose diamond purchased through VRAI.com can be returned within two weeks of receiving it for a full refund to the purchaser's original method of payment.
• Each customer is permitted one loose diamond return, and the second loose diamond purchased with VRAI is considered final sale.
• To be eligible for return, each diamond must arrive in its original condition, with its original purchase receipt and Diamond Certificate, and must not have been previously set.
• Return shipping is complimentary for US, Canada, European Union and United Kingdom orders.

International Returns

The following information relates to returns from Australia, Norway, Switzerland, Japan, Singapore, South Korea and the United Arab Emirates.

• At this time, VRAI is unable to provide international return shipping from the above mentioned shipping destinations. Please use a trusted courier, as VRAI is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit coming back to us for a return. It is always best to insure your returning shipments.
• Duty/tax paid will be refunded, but your shipping fee is non-refundable.
• Please reach out to hello@vrai.com for return instructions, as all returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization and return reason.

Resizes

• In case your engagement ring or wedding band isn't the perfect fit, our Lifetime Care Package includes one complimentary resize up to one full size up or down, by the quarter, half or full size (2 sizes up or down by the half or full size in European and UK sizes).
• If you’re unsure of your ring size, order a complimentary Ring Sizer from our site.
• If your engagement ring resize request is outside of one full size, you may need to return or reset your ring. You can learn more about our reset policies here.
• Infinity bands cannot be resized and must be returned and repurchased in the correct size.
